How is this different from Klaviyo abandoned cart flows?
Standard flows send static 10% or 20% discounts to everyone. We analyze the specific cart's Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and stop discounts that would eliminate your profit margin.
Does it slow down my storefront?
No. Our tracking pixel uses the strict Shopify Web Pixels sandbox which loads asynchronously. The pricing logic runs entirely on our backend servers after the cart is abandoned.
Can a customer share their discount code on Honey/RetailMeNot?
No. Every code generated by SmartOffer is uniquely hashed, restricted to the exact email address of the abandoner, and limited to a single use.
How do you know my COGS and inventory?
We sync securely with the native Shopify Admin API (InventoryItem and ProductVariant endpoints) to maintain an accurate internal cache of your costs and stock levels.
